PRINCE2™ is a generic, tailorable, simple-to-follow project management method. It covers how to organize, manage and control your projects. It is aimed at enabling you to successfully deliver the right products, on time and within budget
RELINK consultants have more than 15 years of experience as project and program managers worldwide. All our projects are based on PRINCE2™ methods but can be scaled to your project method and core activities. This means that your organization does not have to use PRINCE2 before the project starts but you will benefit from the organized project management methods that we offer.
We offer project management solutions based on PRINCE2™, scaled for your project providing feasibility studies, risk assessments, due diligence, pilot project, building the project, and implementation based on a regional business platform.
