Projects. Relink has over the years since 2006 provided investment advisory for local clients in Southeast Europe and for our Nordic clients looking for partners and investment opportunities in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Albania.
We work as advisors, consulting, for either one or often both parties based on a corporation agreement. During the process of securing new or additional financing, we most often represent one of the parties but still act as a neutral objective business advisor.
Later in the process, we step into the pre-diligence, due diligence, and finally with project management or consulting services including board and interim management services.
