EXIT is typically agreed between 4-5 and up to 6-7 years depending on risk, size of investment etc. An investment typically spans five phases to include 1: First phase, 2: Due Diligence, 3: Approval of Investment, 4: Active Ownership, 5: Agreed Exit.
Our investment team in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and other parts of the world works closely together with our local teams in Zagreb, Belgrade, Ljubljana, Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Mostar, Skopje, Pristina, Podgoriza and Tirana and regional business incubators in Novi Sad, Nis, Rijeka, Pula Split, Dubrovnik, Budvar and Pristina who holds extensive knowledge and insight into the opportunities, conditions and challenges when investing in and running private sector businesses in these countries. We participate in the development of new projects, invest in exiting companies as well as mergers and joint ventures.
